HK Magazine 2007年5月期的封面故事是: The Top 20 Hong Kong Dishes (Yes, Even Stinky Tofu)，这个top20还算权威吧，因为在香港的一个朋友也曾经给我推荐过这其中几个餐馆，品尝后感觉确实不错。
